Returns and exchangesWe do not refund orders for change of mind or facilitate exchanges for incorrect sizes. All items are made on demand, so we do not carry any extra stock. Please check the size guide carefully before purchasing.Damaged itemsAny claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted to CBVA within 7 days after the product has been received. All orders go through a 3-step quality check before they are shipped out.Lost ordersFor packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error by CBVA are covered at our expense.Undeliverable and returned itemsAny uncollected, unclaimed or undeliverable items are returned by default to the Printful facility which produced the item. When they receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to CBVA and we will make best efforts to contact you for an alternative address. You will be liable for any reshipment costs if an updated address is provided. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days. Please check your address carefully before ordering.Wrong addressIf you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the Printful facility and CBVA will be notified.
