Adults training program

Get fit, develop new skills &  have fun!

Our adults training program is open to anyone over the age of 18 who would like to try beach volleyball and/or develop their beach volleyball skills.

We offer beginner, intermediate and advanced beach volleyball classes for adults. Our classes are run by experienced coaches and are held throughout the week on Coogee Beach along Sydney’s east coast.

Training classes

We offer three beginner-level classes, two intermediate-level classes and an advanced beach volleyball class for adults. Training classes run for 1 hour and 15 minutes, however we suggest you arrive 15 minutes early to warm up.

Beginner – maximum class size of 12
Level 1: You are new to beach volleyball.
Level 2 (Beginners-Intermediate): You have basic beach volleyball skills and are ready for new challenges.
Level 3 (Beginners-Advanced): You are starting to play confidently and looking to potentially start playing B level tournaments.

Intermediate – maximum class size of 8
Level 1: You are at the stage of competing in B & BB level tournaments.
Level 2: You are at the stage of competing in BB, BBB, A level tournaments.

Advanced – maximum class size of 8
You are competing at AA level tournaments and above.

 

How do I book classes?

You can book a class immediately by signing up as a CBVA Trainee, or register your interest to become a CBVA Member.

If you are already a CBVA Trainee or Member, you can book in classes via your profile on the RevSport platfrom here.

Beginners timetable & pricing

5-week package – $125 ($25 per class)
One-off casual session – $35

Please note, as indicated in the below timetable, some beginners classes do not start until mid-December 2021.
